Milk Proteins for Food, Ingredients, and Non-Food Applications

For the dairy proteins product group, we are looking for a motivated colleague with drive. We have an active, small commercial team with 20 dedicated colleagues in Arnhem. We are a well-educated team, with little hierarchy, lots of team spirit, and we enjoy our work. We also are supported by an in-house application laboratory. We believe that producing a quality product and understanding the specific needs of the customer go well beyond the agreed upon product specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Sales and sourcing of milk proteins in food, drinks, and chemical industry
• Independent sales of products with added value, supported by an in-house application laboratory
• Analysis of market possibilities and business cases
• Build customer base, which requires frequent traveling
• Identify and initiate discussion with potential clients, provide solutions, and close the deal

• Energetic and curious personality with excellent working and analytical skills
• Two to three years of experience in the field, preferably in a strong, independent and international sales position
• You know how to define the client's needs and translate those needs into creative solutions
• Business acumen and strong negotiation skills
• Affinity with the dairy/food industry
• Knowledge of English and German is important, French is an advantage
