Whey Protein Concentrate (WPC)

The protein that does not pass the membrane during ultra filtration is called the Whey Protein Concentrate. This concentrate is then dried to a well dissolving powder, with a protein content from 35 up to 80%.

  • WPC 80

Applications:

  • Replacement of skimmed milk powder (protein content 35%)
  • Improvement of the nutritional profile of sports-, infant- and health food
  • Addition of structure and mouth feel of dairy formulations, like yoghurt
